Great Snow Remains

This time of year the snow changes to shit quickly. But not in all areas. There are many northerly facing aspects that don’t get enough direct sunlight to shitify the snow. Julian Carr and I found a prime example of this yesterday in the Gargoyles. We both found really nice soft snow. Of course it wasn’t the waist deep that it was only days ago (I actually did find 1 waist deep turn), but a nice fast 10″-14″. Couple that with temps in the 40s and you’ve got one hell of a nice day! The upper elevations are your best bet again today.
