This is one of my favorite shots that I’ve ever gotten.
Thanks Will!
A group of us from SLC (as well as Bozeman & Boise) just finished up a super weekend of skiing in Big Sky, MT. We were skiing with the cool kids of the Big Sky Youth Empowerment Project, taking some extra time to remember Billy, and just appreciating the simple pleasures of being in the mountains.
I think that I can safely say that everyone had a great time and that we’ll all be back next year! Thanks to Big Sky for the tickets, The Levitation Project for the swag, and Bucks T-4 for the rooms. And a Big thanks to all the kids, mentors, and volunteers for making such a cool thing happen!
Come on out and join the fun at Brighton in a couple weeks. Good times for a good cause.

Damn kids have so much fun these days!
Dan Woods is one of funniest mofos I’ve come across! This is the blog he just set up to promote his book. The blog and book carry the same title: How to Have a Good Time. Hopefully he will keep writing and amusing us. Don’t be afraid to heckle him if he starts slacking… or for any reason really.
I haven’t read his book yet, but if his cheap ass would send me a copy, I’d get a review of it up.
Check out the Base Layers and Balaclavas from The Levitation Project. These pieces are super dank, made from recycled plastic bottles and Cocona fiber… they are the best base layers available.
Booyah! *sorry the picture looks a little stretched out
UPDATE: I skied the new Czars a butt load last year. Salomon added bamboo to the construction of the ski which makes it noticeably lighter without effecting performance negatively. For me, this is a great all mountain ski which also makes an excellent touring ski. Its lighter weight makes lugging them up the mountain a breeze and you still get top level freeride performance because of the ample tip rocker and flex.
look how deep that snow is up top! and talk about a long ass line… musta been burning at the bottom!
Thats right! Smith goggles are made from recycled plastic and Smith even has sun glasses that are made from a plant based material! Now we’re getting somewhere
